We are happy to finally be able to re-open our door to you all. However everything is not as usual. Read on and we will do our best to answer your questions regarding the precautionary steps we take to ensure everyones' safety.

How quickly should I return the books I have borrowed?
If you return your loans from before the lockdown before June 15th you will not be fined for returning them too late. Fines from before this period can still be paid via our website.

Why have I been charged for late returns?
As noted above we have postponed the delivery date of materials that were supposed to be returned during the lockdown untill June 15th. Materials that were not returned within this period were thus not charged for late delivery. If you have materials that were supposed to be returned within the extended return period, you can expect to be charged for late delivery. We calculate the fee from the original date that you borrowed the material or from the latest reneval date.
